Location

The trainees will be stationed at various locations, including HQ Bryanston/Sandton, Isando, Denver, and Bloemfontein in South Africa.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to foster a comprehensive understanding of the Logistics department’s intricacies. Trainees will engage in hands-on experiences within Distribution, Warehousing, Inventory & Planning during the 12-month program.

The program follows the 70-20-10 rule, emphasizing learning through challenging experiences (70%), developmental relationships (20%), and coursework and training (10%).

Upon completing eight successful months in the program, participants can apply for roles within the business, paving the way for a future filled with success and celebrations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and adaptability to new systems.
