The purpose of the Bank Better Champion Learnerships is to welcome clients, coordinate branch flow, provide excellent client service, assist clients at the ATM, and complete transactions on any remote or self-service channels. Participants will gain the knowledge, skills, and experience required for service consulting.

Experience

Minimum: No experience required but individuals need to hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.

Ideal: Some client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment.
