Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
  • Post Matric certification in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • 1 year administrative experience

Job Specification

  • Assist in organisational structure design and job description compilation
  • Maintain and update org design documentation
  • Update and maintain job description/profiles database
  • Support in managing Org design project plans
  • Provide administrative support in OD initiatives implementation
  • Conduct research to improve OD offerings
  • Assist in coordinating OD workshops
  • Participate in various OD projects
  • Maintain accurate filing system of OD information
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and research
  • Adhere to Dis-Chem Policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations
