This role involves expediting vendor payments, providing administrative support, and ensuring accurate data capture. If you have NQF Level 4, 2 years’ Accounts Payable experience, and SAP proficiency, apply by 18 March 2024.

What You’ve Done Before

  • NQF Level 4 (Matric)
  • 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • SAP experience (FI module)
  • Advantageous: NQF Level 5 (Higher Certificate in Accounting or related)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Verify invoices and ensure processing requirements are met.
  • Process invoices for payment in alignment with internal processes.
  • Foster relations with internal and external customers.
  • Manage GRIR clearing account.
  • Ensure correct payments to vendors with the right documentation.
  • Resolve queries and manage exceptions.
  • Adhere to internal and external audit requirements.
