Collecting Your Sassa Grant

Sassa emphasizes a measured approach to grant withdrawals. Beneficiaries are advised not to rush to withdraw funds on the first available day, as the money will remain in their accounts until needed. Various collection methods are available, including:

Bank Account

Permanent grant beneficiaries and SRD recipients can opt to have their grants deposited directly into their bank accounts. This method provides convenience, allowing beneficiaries to access their funds at any time following Sassa’s payment.

Retail Outlets

Sassa grants are also distributed through selected retailers across the country. The extensive network of retail outlets, including Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Boxer stores, Usave stores, and Checkers, facilitates easy access for grant recipients. Funds can be withdrawn at any operational time, offering flexibility to beneficiaries based on their location

Conclusion
