The Department of International Relations, in collaboration with Imbumba Aganang and PKF Octagon Incorporated, invites applications for the Human Resources Internship Programme 2024. This program provides a unique opportunity for individuals to gain valuable experience in the field of human resources.

  • Closing Date: 14 January 2024
  • Duration: 24 months
  • Commencement Date: 1 April 2024
  • End Date: 31 March 2026
  • Number of Participants: 8
  • Stipend: R 7,043.31 per month for National Diploma, Bachelors/Honours Degree & R 8,584.36 per month for Master’s Degree.

Eligibility|Selection Requirements

  • First-time Participants: Only first-time learnership programme participants considered
  • Oath of Secrecy: Successful candidates must be willing to sign an oath of secrecy
  • Availability: Applicants must be available for selection and interviews
  • Transport and Accommodation: Candidates must have their own transport and accommodation
  • Citizenship: Only South African citizens aged 18 to 35 are eligible
  • Verification: Appointments subject to citizenship verification, reference checks, and security vetting
  • Foreign Qualifications: If foreign qualifications are possessed, an evaluation certificate from SAQA is required
