Momentum Health Solutions Programme Details

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Centurion, Gauteng

  • Outcome: While completion of the programme does not guarantee full-time employment, it enhances your employability within the Medical Aid Administration and insurance industry.

Requirements In Momentum Health Solutions

  • Completed Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
  • Mathematics or Mathematical literacy with minimum 50%.
  • English and another SA language with a minimum of 60%.
  • Computer Literacy is an added advantage.
  • Should live within a 20km radius from Centurion offices in Meersig, Gauteng.
  • Unemployed and able to commit 6 months to the programme.
  • People with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
  • Upload certified copy of matric certificate and ID (Copies should not be older than 3 months).
  • Preference will be given to individuals with no working experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Resolve client queries within the Service Level Agreement.
  • Take ownership of complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide clients with relevant information and documentation.
  • Capture and update client information on relevant systems.
  • Complete all administrative and reporting requirements.
  • Adhere to legislative/compliance requirements.
  • Identify and report process/system failures and enhancements.
  • Investigate client queries and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information and advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver on service level agreements.
  • Make recommendations to improve client service.
  • Contribute to a culture of exceptional client service.
