Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages is an independent bottling company with the rights to manufacture and distribute The Coca-Cola Company’s products in the Western and Northern Cape. Established in 1940, CCPB has grown significantly, currently employing over 1300 people with its headquarters in Parow Industria. The company has expanded its operations with a factory in Athlone Industria and depots in Paarl, Vredenburg, and Worcester.

About the Learnership

CCPB encourages individuals with disabilities to apply for the Business Administration Learnership. Successful candidates will be awarded a Further Education and Training Certificate in Business Administration (NQF 4) after completing the 12-month program. The learnership combines theoretical training sessions, conducted outside the workplace, with practical work experience in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.

The program focuses on various aspects, including:

  • Understanding stock and fixed assets control procedures
  • Developing administrative systems
  • Enhancing organizational effectiveness
  • Presenting routinely required information
  • Identifying information sources for quick access
  • Effective planning and organizing of work
