Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage the office of the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Provide high-level executive support with independent judgment.
  • Handle a complex diary for the Chief Financial Officer.
  • Respond promptly to internal and external correspondence.
  • Track and follow up on responses.
  • Compile and maintain confidential records.


To be considered for the position, candidates must:

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
  • Have a minimum of four years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask.
  • Follow complex instructions.
  • Possess strong writing skills for minutes, reports, and correspondence.
  • Be familiar with relevant software programs.
  • Display a proactive and respectful approach with attention to detail.
  • Work well in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit high integrity and excellent office administration skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and international communication skills.
